INTRODUCTION
U.S. Solid 1/2-inch brass 3-way T-port motorized ball valve for switching or diverting flow in compatible non-potable fluid circuits. The 2-wire auto-return control opens when the switch is closed and returns the valve toward closed when the switch is opened. Power is automatically cut at the end positions. The brass body uses a PTFE sealing ring and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar. Confirm the thread, pressure, temperature, and electrical rating for your exact valve before installation.
HOW IT WORKS
FEATURES
APPLICATIONS
Use in compatible non-potable water circulation, hydronic heating and cooling loops, and systems using water mixed with up to 50% ethylene glycol. Select the T-port orientation and control method to match the system flow path.
Not for drinking-water service. Brass valves may contain lead; see the WARNING section.

FAQ
The ball's T-shaped passage routes flow between three ports. Confirm the port orientation and flow direction against your piping layout and the manual diagrams.
With the 2-wire auto-return model, closing the switch opens the valve; opening the switch closes it. Follow the wiring diagram in the manual.
The supplied product data lists water and a solution containing up to 50% ethylene glycol. Confirm chemical compatibility with all system materials and stay within the rated pressure and temperature limits.
WARNING
- Brass valves may contain lead. Do not use this valve for drinking-water service.
- Disconnect the power supply before wiring or servicing. Use the voltage listed in the specifications and verify the wiring before connecting the supply.
- The manual instructs that the valve remain powered for at least 1 minute. Follow the wiring diagram and instructions before operation.
- Do not exceed 16 bar, 0–90 °C media temperature, or 0–60 °C ambient temperature. IP54 protects against dust ingress and splashing water; it is not an immersion rating.
