An ultrasonic homogenizer, also called an ultrasonicator or ultrasonic mixer, is a type of equipment used for sample processing in the laboratories.
Ultrasonic homogenizers can be used for cell wall breaking, nano-material dispersion, organic extraction, oil-water emulsification and accelerated dissolution, among other uses. Its application potential spans the life sciences, material sciences, pharmaceuticals, environmental sciences, chemistry and other fields.
