Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

• Ausrichten der Waage:Eine genaue horizontale Positionierung ist für wiederholbare Messungen und exakte Ergebnisse erforderlich. Justieren Sie die Nivellierfüße der Analysenwaage, bis die Luftblase in der Anzeige zentriert ist. Aufwärmzeit: Für genaue Ergebnisse muss die Waage nach dem Einschalten oder nach einem Stromausfall von mehr als 30 Minuten mindestens 30 Minuten aufwärmen, um die korrekte Betriebstemperatur vor der Kalibrierung oder Verwendung zu erreichen. (Details zur Aufwärmzeit finden Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung oder erhalten Sie vom Support.) Stabilität: Stellen Sie die Waage auf eine stabile, vibrationsfreie Oberfläche, geschützt vor Zugluft und elektromagnetischen Störungen. Hochpräzisionswaagen reagieren empfindlicher auf Umwelteinflüsse, die die Stabilität der Messwerte beeinträchtigen können. Kalibrierung: Kalibrieren Sie die Waage, wenn sie bewegt wird (auch im selben Raum), bei Änderungen der Umgebungsbedingungen und vor jeder Verwendung. Wenn die Taste „CAL“ keine Reaktion zeigt, halten Sie sie gedrückt. Bei den meisten Modellen ist für die Kalibrierung ein längerer Druck anstelle eines kurzen Tippens erforderlich.   Fehlerbehebung

  Problem 1: Das Display bleibt nach dem Einschalten aus.

  Mögliche Ursachen: Netzkabel nicht angeschlossen / Sicherung durchgebrannt / Stromversorgung unterbrochen / Gerät defekt

  Problem 2: Die Anzeige ändert sich beim Einlegen von Proben nicht.

  Mögliche Ursachen: Probenschale/Schalenhalter nicht korrekt eingesetzt.

  Problem 3: Die Gewichtsanzeige ändert sich ständig oder ist instabil.

  Mögliche Ursachen: Die Probenschale berührt den Windschutz oder die Heizkammer / Luftbewegung / Test Bankvibrationen/Elektromagnetische Feldstörungen
