Introduction
The BT600F2 is a dispensing-type peristaltic pump featuring dual-channel independent control. Compared with other dispensing-type models, its key difference is that each channel has its own pump head, its own control panel, and its own control circuit. The two channels operate independently without interfering with each other, and can be configured and run separately. The pump offers two working modes: dispensing mode and flow mode, and also features calibration and anti-suction functions. It supports external control for flow rate regulation, start/stop, and direction control. In addition, it adopts the MODBUS protocol for RS485 communication, enabling easier connection with other control devices such as computers, HMI, and PLC. The pump is housed in a stainless steel casing for corrosion resistance.

1.How many channels does this peristaltic pump have?
This peristaltic pump features dual-channel independent control. It has two channels, and each channel has its own pump head, its own control panel, and its own control circuit, so the two channels can be configured and run independently without interfering with each other.
2.What type of peristaltic pump is this? What are its main functions?
Dispensing type. Main functions include forward/reverse rotation, start/stop, full-speed operation, flow display, timing, and calibration. It mainly supports two working modes:
- Flow Mode (L):Flow rate is shown on the screen and editable. Speed is calculated automatically from the flow rate and displayed; it is not editable.
- Dispensing Mode (F):Supports setting the dispensed volume, number of dispensing cycles, running time, flow rate, and interval time (set on the dispensing auxiliary page). For running time and dispensed volume, when one is set, the other value changes accordingly.
3.Are there any notes about speed and flow rate ranges, and unit settings?
The speed range is 0.1–600 rpm. On this model, adjustments are actually made by flow rate (ml/min). The speed is calculated from the flow rate and displayed, but cannot be adjusted directly. Units such as time and flow rate are automatically displayed in the most suitable unit based on the value, rather than being manually selectable.
4.Does it have a timing function?
Yes. In dispensing mode, set cycles to 1 and set the running time. The pump stops automatically when time is up. Note: It does not support scheduling by specific date or time.
5.Does it support external control?
Yes. Please note that the buttons and knobs will no longer work after switching to external control mode. In this mode, only start/stop, direction reversal, and flow rate adjustment can be controlled externally; the timing function is not supported in external control mode.
- Two ports control the two channels separately. Supports RS485 communication and four external control signal inputs: 0–5V, 0–10V, 4–20mA, and 0–10KHz. To use these functions, the corresponding optional module is required (DB15 female connector on one end, screw terminal on the other).
- The complete unit comes standard with 2 RS485 communication modules and 2 4–20mA external control modules. If you need to change to other modules, please contact customer service.
6.Which types of tubing are compatible with this peristaltic pump? Are they included in the package?
The compatible tubing models include 13#,14#,19#,16#,25#,17# and 18#. When you purchase this product, 16# tubing (4 meters) will be included. Below is the information for common-sized tubing:
7.Does it have a anti-drip setting?
Yes, the function is set on the dispensing auxiliary page, with a range of 0–24 hours and a minimum unit of 0.01 seconds.
8.Does it support flow calibration?
Yes, calibration can be accessed in both dispensing mode and flow mode.
9.What does the parameter Flow Rate Range mean in peristaltic pumps?
Generally, the pump head supports multiple types of tubing. This range refers to the minimum flow rate of the smallest tubing to the maximum flow rate of the largest tubing. In other words, to achieve the desired flow rate, you need to select the appropriate size of tubing and adjust the proper rotational speed.
