Introduction
The MF106 is designed and developed for pharmaceutical and industrial applications. Adopting a dual-operation design with an LCD touch screen and physical keys, the pump is equipped with four core operating modes: Volume Mode, Time Dispensing Mode, Flow Mode, and Programming Mode. Specifically, the Programming Mode enables the implementation of complex experimental procedures through customized cycle control processes, meeting diverse experimental requirements. It supports multiple control modes, including RS485 communication control and external signal input control, and is integrated with suck-back and flow calibration functions to further ensure dispensing accuracy.
Compared with conventional dispensing peristaltic pumps, the MF106 stands out with its IP66/IP67 high protection level — dust-proof, resistant to strong water jets (IP66), and capable of withstanding short-term immersion in 1 m of water for 30 minutes (IP67), ensuring stable operation in harsh environments such as dust, humidity, weak acid and alkali, and salt spray. It also features a cast aluminum housing for enhanced durability and three-level user permission management.
This listing includes a four-channel peristaltic pump equipped with four YZ15T pump heads.

FAQ
1.How many channels does this peristaltic pump have?
This is a four-channel peristaltic pump with 4×YZ15T pump heads. The flow rate and total volume displayed on the panel are for one single channel, and all channels run at the same synchronized flow rate (no independent control for each channel).
2.What type of peristaltic pump is this? What are the four working modes?
The MF106 is a dispensing-type peristaltic pump that integrates all functions of basic speed-regulating peristaltic pumps. It mainly supports four working modes:
- Flow mode is used for continuous fluid transmission. By setting timing start and shutdown parameters, it enables delayed start and delayed shutdown functions.
- Volume mode is used for quantitative fluid transmission. It uses volume-flow or volume-time combinations to determine the transmission rate, and supports loop and interval settings.
- Time dispensing mode is used for timed fluid transfer. It supports loop and interval settings, allowing precise control over dispensing time.
- Programming mode is used for programmatic fluid transfer. It supports up to 30 programmable steps, each of which can be individually enabled or disabled and supports cyclic and interval settings.
3. What does "high protection" refer to?
The peristaltic pump has an IP66/IP67 rating. It is dust-proof, resistant to strong water jets (IP66), and capable of withstanding short-term immersion in 1 m of water for 30 minutes (IP67), enabling stable operation in harsh environments such as dust, humidity, weak acid and alkali, and salt spray for extended periods.
4.Does it support external control?
Yes. Please note that the buttons and knobs will no longer work after switching to external control mode. In this mode, only start/stop, direction reversal, and speed adjustment can be controlled externally; the timing function is not supported in external control mode.
5.What are the steps for connecting external control on the high-protection peristaltic pump?

- Turn off the power, unscrew the rear cover screws, and open the rear cover.
- Remove the cable port sleeve and install the waterproof gland.
- Connect the external control cable to the external control interface, pass the cable through the waterproof gland, and tighten it.
- Pass other wiring terminals through the waterproof gland one by one and tighten them.
- Close the rear cover, tighten the screws, power on the pump, enter external control mode, and complete the corresponding settings.
6.Does it have a timing function?
Yes, it supports timing functions across multiple working modes: Flow mode allows delayed start & delayed stop; Time dispensing and Volume dispensing modes include time duration settings.
7.What is "three-level user permission management"?
It allows you to enable three-level permission control in the system parameter settings, and then set separate passwords for Administrator, Technician, and Operator. Each level has different operational function permissions.
8.Which types of tubing are compatible with this peristaltic pump? Are they included in the package?
The compatible tubing models include 13#, 14#, 19#, 16#, 25#, 17#, and 18#. When you purchase this product, one piece of 16#(8m) hose is included. Below is the information for common-sized tubing:
9.Does it have a anti-drip setting?
Yes, this peristaltic pump is equipped with a basic anti-drip (suck-back) function. When the pump stops working, the motor will rotate in the reverse direction by a certain angle to suck back the liquid in the tubing and prevent dripping. Users can set the suck-back angle (0°-720°) in the system parameters—setting the angle to 0° will disable this function. Meanwhile, the suck-back speed can be adjusted to meet the suck-back needs of liquids with different viscosities.
10.Does it support flow calibration?
Yes.it supports calibration.
