This product has been working great so far, my dad loves it! He’s used it for a couple weeks now and has made a bunch of pieces. It has so many tips to choose from and the dual pen is a huge plus. Hopefully it continues to work as it has been this far, my dad is super happy with it.
Need my missing parts/ loved item itself
Overall the item works great no issues there. However I think I’m missing a part to use a few of the different ends. Like the ones that don’t just screw directly on. When going to the book that was sent with it to check it didn’t have a guide of how to use the few parts that I couldn’t figure out. Most u just put on. I wish the book would have had included instructions on how to use the included soldering wire and and the tips with the line down through the middle I’m not really sure what they’re for. Love the guns themselves they burn excellent. They Were well crafted and I loved the design of the barrels that hold the hot guns, and how you can use them on top of the machine or separate. I just checked the above photo and I’m missing parts. Not sure where to contact someone at.
