Introduction

The WG600F Series is a dispensing-type peristaltic pump, mainly designed for the accurate metering and quantitative dispensing of liquids. Suitable for large-flow, high-precision liquid transfer in industrial applications, with a rotational speed control accuracy of ≤±0.2%. It features super anti-interference performance and a wide input voltage range, making it suitable for complex power supply environments.
Adopting a dual-operation design of LCD touch screen and physical keys, the pump is equipped with four core operating modes: Volume Dispensing Mode, Time Dispensing Mode, Flow Mode and Programming Mode. Specifically, the Programming Mode enables the implementation of complex experimental procedures through customizing cycle control processes, meeting diverse experimental requirements.
It supports multiple control modes including RS485 communication control and external signal input control, and is integrated with suck-back and flow calibration functions to further ensure dispensing accuracy. Featuring a stainless steel housing with corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

1.How many channels does this peristaltic pump have?

This is a dual-channel peristaltic pump with 2×YZ35 pump heads.The flow rate and total volume displayed on the panel are for one single channel, and all channels run at the same synchronized flow rate (no independent control for each channel).

2.Does the peristaltic pump itself contain an internal battery?

The pump is powered by an AC power cord for normal operation and is equipped with an internal button battery. The product is generally shipped with the button battery installed, though it may be removed prior to delivery if required by transportation restrictions. The internal button battery is used only for maintaining the system date and time display; if the battery has been removed, you will need to set the time manually each time the device is powered on. All other functions, such as the timing function, will work normally without it.

3.What type of peristaltic pump is this? What are the four working modes?

The BT-F Series is a dispensing-type peristaltic pump that integrates all functions of basic speed-regulating peristaltic pumps. It mainly supports four working modes:

  • Flow Mode:The pump operates continuously at a set flow rate and records the cumulative liquid volume. The flow rate and its unit are configurable, and the flow rate can also be adjusted by setting the rotation speed. Delayed start and timed stop are supported.
  • Time Dispensing Mode:The pump automatically calculates and dispenses the liquid volume by setting the operating time and flow rate.
  • Volume Dispensing Mode:The pump automatically calculates the dispensing time and dispenses the liquid by setting the target volume and flow rate.
  • Programming Mode:The pump automatically executes each pre-set step in sequence by defining the operational steps and cycle count.

4.Does it support external control?

Yes. Please note that the buttons and knobs will no longer work after switching to external control mode. In this mode, only start/stop, direction reversal, and speed adjustment can be controlled externally; the timing function is not supported in external control mode. For any questions regarding external control and communication control, please refer to the product manual or contact our customer service directly.

5.Does it have a timing function?

  • Yes, it supports timing functions. In flow mode, you can set delayed start and scheduled stop. For example, to start automatically after a 30‑minute delay and stop automatically after running for 1.5 hours, simply tap the time display and set the delay start and running time in the pop‑up dialog box.

6.Which types of tubing are compatible with this peristaltic pump? Are they included in the package?

The compatible tubing models include 73# and 82#. When you purchase this product, one piece of each 73# and 82# tubing (2 meters per piece) will be included as a bonus. Below is the information for common-sized tubing:

7.Does it have a anti-drip setting?

Yes, this peristaltic pump is equipped with a basic anti-drip (suck-back) function. When the pump stops working, the motor will rotate in the reverse direction by a certain angle to suck back the liquid in the tubing and prevent dripping. Users can set the suck-back angle (0°, 180°, 360°, 720°, or a custom angle) in the system parameters—setting the angle to 0° will disable this function. Meanwhile, the suck-back speed can be adjusted to meet the suck-back needs of liquids with different viscosities.

8.Does it support flow calibration?

Yes, it supports basic flow calibration (note: manual testing and calibration required). For detailed operation instructions, please refer to the user manual.

9.Are there status prompts during the operation of the peristaltic pump?

Yes. In addition to the status bar, the screen will display the current operating state and running direction, as shown below.
