Introduction
WG600S industrial variable-speed peristaltic pump is suitable for high-flow liquid transfer in industrial applications. Driven by a brushless servo motor, it provides stronger power. It features basic functions such as forward and reverse rotation, start/stop, full-speed (cleaning) and speed adjustment. It supports external control for speed regulation, start/stop and direction control, and is equipped with a simple timing function. In addition, it adopts the MODBUS protocol for RS485 communication, enabling easier connection with other control devices such as computers, HMI and PLC. The pump is housed in a stainless steel casing for corrosion resistance.

2.What type of peristaltic pump is this? What are its main functions?
As the most basic type of peristaltic pump, it supports core functions including speed adjustment, start/stop control, direction reversal, and full-speed operation. Additionally, the WG600S series offers a simple timing function.
3.Does it have a timing function?
Yes, it has a basic timer. You can set the duration (max 999s), and the pump will stop automatically when the time runs out. The timer remembers the last set value.
Note: It can only be set via the knob (not by external control), and it does not support scheduling by specific date or time. For more details, please refer to the
manual.
4.Does it support external control?
Yes. Please note that the buttons and knobs will no longer work after switching to external control mode. In this mode, only start/stop, direction reversal, and speed adjustment can be controlled externally; the timing function is not supported in external control mode. 5.Which types of tubing are compatible with this peristaltic pump? Are they included in the package?

Generally, the pump head supports multiple types of tubing. This range refers to the minimum flow rate of the smallest tubing to the maximum flow rate of the largest tubing.
