How to Select an Appropriate Aluminum Foil liner?
When choosing an aluminum foil liner, there are two main factors to consider:
1. Bottle Material: Pick a liner material that is compatible with your bottle material. For example, choose a PET liner for PET plastic bottles, a PE liner for LDPE or HDPE plastic bottles, a PP liner for PP plastic bottles, and a glass liner for glass bottles.
2.Size: There are a few ways to determine the correct size of liner needed.
•If your bottle uses a separate gasket, measure the diameter of that gasket.
•Measure the inner diameter of the bottle cap.
•Measure the outer diameter of the bottle opening and add the width of the threading.
•For an optimal seal, choose a liner size that matches these measurements. Liners that are too small may not seal properly while liners that are too big may not fit correctly under the bottle cap.
