How Long Should You Wait Between Two Consecutive 5-Hour Uses of Our Solenoid Valve?

We recently received an inquiry from a customer regarding the recommended interval between two consecutive 5-hour operations of our solenoid valve.

Upon consulting with our engineers, we learned that it is advisable to allow for approximately 20 minutes of cooling time between two consecutive 5-hour operating sessions. The specific cooling duration may vary based on factors such as ambient temperature and operating environment.

After a continuous 5-hour operation, the solenoid valve may reach temperatures of up to 75 degrees Celsius or higher, making it essential to allow it to cool down to room temperature. We are excited to announce that our upcoming solenoid valves will be equipped with energy-saving coils designed to maintain a nearly constant temperature during operation, minimizing the need for extended cooldown periods.

Stay tuned for further updates and product releases on our website. Thank you for your interest in our solenoid valves.
