1.Does the peristaltic pump itself contain an internal battery?
The pump is powered by an AC power cord for normal operation and is equipped with an internal button battery. For safe transportation, this button battery will be removed before shipping. The internal button battery is used only for maintaining the system date and time display (you will need to set the time manually each time the device is powered on). All other functions, such as the timing function, will work normally without it.
2.What type of peristaltic pump is this? What are the working modes?
The V6 Series is a dispensing type peristaltic pump that integrates all functions of flow-rate type peristaltic pumps. It mainly supports three working modes:
- Volume Dispensing:Once enabled, the pump automatically transfers a fixed volume of liquid within a set time, suitable for precise liquid transfer and dispensing in laboratories or industrial processes.
- Speed Dispensing:Allows users to define the single running time, pause time, and repeat cycles at a specific motor speed for efficient batch filling.
- Fixed Volume Measurement:Provides a basic quantitative measurement function; the pump will stop automatically once the transferred liquid reaches the preset target volume.
3.V6‑6L vs V6‑12L Series Differences?
They are functionally identical, differing only in speed range, corresponding flow rate range, pump head model, and compatible tubing size.
4.Which types of tubing are compatible with this peristaltic pump? Are they included in the package?
The compatible tubing models include 26#, 73# and 82#. When you purchase this product, one piece of each 26#, 73# and 82# tubing (2 meters per piece) will be included as a bonus. Below is the information for common-sized tubing:
5.Does it have a anti-drip setting?
Yes, it is equipped with a suck-back function to prevent liquid from dripping. When the motor stops, it can rotate in reverse to draw the liquid back into the tubing. You can manually set the back-suction angle between 0 and 360 degrees.
6.Does it support flow calibration?
Yes, it supports basic flow calibration (note: manual testing and calibration required). For detailed operation instructions, please refer to the user manual.
7.Are there status prompts during the operation of the peristaltic pump?
Yes. During operation, the 4.3-inch touch screen provides a real-time dynamic display. The interface shows a working state animation, the motor's running direction, real-time operating parameters (such as transferred volume and time countdown), and the current motor speed all on the same screen.
