Introduction

The BT/L series is a flow-type peristaltic pump covering three models: BT100L, BT300L, and BT600L. With a speed accuracy of ≤±0.2%, it meets the precise transfer requirements from micro-volume to large-volume liquids.
Adopting a dual-operation design of LCD touchscreen and buttons, the product is equipped with two core working modes: Flow Mode and Time Dispensing Mode, supporting pre-storage of five groups of distribution parameters for convenient and efficient operation. Among them, the Time Dispensing Mode is suitable for simple dispensing scenarios; for professional, high-precision and accurate repeated quantitative dispensing, a dedicated distribution-type peristaltic pump is recommended.
Supports multiple control modes including RS485 communication control and external signal input control. It is also equipped with basic suck-back and flow calibration functions to further ensure dispensing accuracy. The stainless steel shell is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, making it widely applicable to fluid handling scenarios in laboratories, industrial production and other fields.

FAQ

1.Does the peristaltic pump itself contain an internal battery?

The pump is powered by an AC power cord for normal operation and is equipped with an internal button battery. For safe transportation, this button battery will be removed before shipping. This button battery only affects the display and setting of the current date and time (you can purchase and install a replacement battery locally after receiving the product if needed). All other functions, such as the timing function, will work normally without it.

2.What type of peristaltic pump is this? What are the two working modes?

The BT-L Series is a flow-type peristaltic pump that integrates all functions of basic speed-regulating peristaltic pumps. It mainly supports two working modes:

  • Flow Mode:The pump operates continuously at a set flow rate and records the cumulative liquid volume. The flow rate and its unit are configurable, and the flow rate can also be adjusted by setting the rotation speed. Delayed start and timed stop are supported.
  • Time Dispensing Mode:The pump automatically calculates and dispenses the liquid volume by setting the operating time and flow rate. Configurable parameters include operating time, flow rate, interval time and cycle count.

3.BT‑L vs BT‑F Series Differences?

BT‑F = dispensing‑type (includes all BT‑L flow‑type functions) + Volume Dispensing & Programming Modes. BT‑L is flow‑type with basic dispensing, a cost‑effective choice.

4.Which types of tubing are compatible with this peristaltic pump? Are they included in the package?

The compatible tubing models include 13#, 14#, 19#, 16#, 25#, 17#, and 18#. When you purchase this product, one piece of each 13#, 25#, and 18# tubing (2 meters per piece) will be included as a bonus. Below is the information for common-sized tubing:

5.Does it have a anti-drip setting?

Yes, this peristaltic pump is equipped with a basic anti-drip (suck-back) function. When the pump stops working, the motor will rotate in the reverse direction by a certain angle to suck back the liquid in the tubing and prevent dripping. Users can set the suck-back angle (0°, 180°, 360°, 720°, or a custom angle) in the system parameters—setting the angle to 0° will disable this function. Meanwhile, the suck-back speed can be adjusted to meet the suck-back needs of liquids with different viscosities.

6.Does it support flow calibration?

Yes, it supports basic flow calibration (note: manual testing and calibration required). For detailed operation instructions, please refer to the user manual.

7.Are there status prompts during the operation of the peristaltic pump?

Yes. In addition to the status bar, the screen will display the current operating state and running direction, as shown below.
