Problem 1: Why does the actual temperature sometimes exceed my set value?

The ultrasonic cleaning process naturally generates heat through cavitation, which can raise the liquid temperature above your preset level. For best results, we recommend setting the heater 5-10°F (3-5°C) lower than your target temperature to account for this additional heat input.

Problem 2: Can it run continuously?

No. The maximum continuous operation time is ≤30 minutes per cycle. After each cycle, allow the machine to rest for 20 minutes before restarting to prevent overheating and damage.

Problem 3: Can items be placed directly into the tank?

No. Always use the provided basket—never place items directly on the tank bottom. Direct contact may scratch the tank or damage the transducer.

Problem 4: Are there any liquid requirements?

• Never use mineral acids (e.g., hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid), as they corrode the tank.
• Fill liquid above the 2/3 mark in the tank (mandatory if heating is enabled).
