FAQ
1.The motor doesn't start. What should be done?
If the main voltage is too low, use the correct power supply.If the start capacitor is defective, replace it.
If the motor is defective, contact for professional assistance.
If the machine hasn't been used for a long time, blow dry compressed air into the water inlet or outlet for 20 seconds.
2.The motor works well (air is blowing out of the radiator), but there is little or no water drainage. How should it be dealt with?

3.Why doesn't the fan work?
There may be dirt blockage inside the pump. Unplug the machine safely, remove the protective cover, and clean the fan.

1.For safety and optimal product performance, only use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts.
2.Do not touch any electrical connections while the machine is plugged in or turned on to avoid the risk of electrocution.
3.The machine is not waterproof. Do not use the machine in the rain or immerse it in water.
4.Periodically clean the radiator with dry compressed air to eliminate blockages that can reduce product performance.
5.After not using the cooler for an extended period, restart the motor and check that water is being pumped out to prevent damage to the water - cooling torch.

Shipping and Packaging is VERY Good.
Signed for delivery, box and foam is perfect form fit. It came with connections I needed to accept the 3/4" hose that came with the Induction Heater to run direct. As mentioned in my review of the induction heater DO NOT USE automotive coolant! Research why. All the coolant I found for welding water coolers are water based with a Percentage of Ethylene Glycol, it is still water based and people are writing their units freeze and burst. McMaster-Carr has a coolant for these water coolers that is a Synthetic Oil Base with a Percentage of Ethylene Glycol. This Green Coolant (clear) is rated for -60 degrees F. Although TIG welder may not need as big of a water cooler the Induction Heater does. Looking forward to increased production in the shop and better isolation of forge welding heat. If you are using an Induction Heater I found a wide selection of premade coils at Cluaran Forge.
Using for the induction forge
I bought this in combination with the induction forge. My review can't address reliability as I've had the combination only for a couple of weeks or a month, but both work great and I've made a whole lot of metal red to orange with the pair and the tig cooler has worked well with the forge.
