INTRODUCTION

The U.S. Solid tri-clamp quick-connect motorized ball valve combines a 316 stainless steel valve assembly with quick-connect tri-clamp ends for automated ON/OFF control in compatible liquid and air systems. This DN20 model features a 3/4 inch nominal size, 20 mm bore, and 1-1/2 inch tri-clamp connection with a 50.5 mm flange OD. The valve body, ball, and stem are made of 316 stainless steel. The tri-clamp connection ends feature a polished surface, while the center valve body retains a standard industrial finish. PTFE and FKM sealing components provide reliable sealing for compatible media. The actuator uses 3 Wire (1 Point Control) wiring at AC/DC 9-24 V and provides 3 N·m torque, 90-degree rotation, and opening or closing in 5 seconds or less. A manual override allows the valve to be operated manually when needed, while the position indicator provides clear visual confirmation of the open or closed position. The IP67 actuator is designed for automated fluid-control applications. Maximum working pressure is 145 PSI. Compatible media include liquid and air.
