INTRODUCTION
The U.S. Solid four-opening laboratory thermostatic water bath provides stable, controlled heating for samples, reagents, glassware, and other laboratory containers. Its stainless steel inner tank and tubular heating element support uniform water-bath heating for routine laboratory work, including incubation, warming, dissolving, concentration, and temperature-controlled sample preparation.
With a 13L bath capacity, 110V AC power supply, 800W rated power, ≤±1°C temperature control accuracy, and ±0.1°C display accuracy, this compact water bath is suited to laboratories, educational facilities, testing organizations, research institutions, and industrial applications. The removable multi-ring lid helps accommodate containers of different diameters while reducing heat loss during operation.

FAQ
1. What is this four-opening water bath used for?
It is designed for controlled heating, incubation, warming, dissolving, concentration, and temperature-controlled preparation of laboratory samples and reagents.
2. How much water should be added?
Fill the tank with clean water to approximately two-thirds of its depth. Keep the tubular heating element fully submerged and leave sufficient headspace to prevent overflow during heating.
3. What water should be used?
Use clean distilled or deionized water as the bath medium. If unavailable, clean low-mineral water may be used temporarily. Avoid mineral water, salt water, oil, flammable liquids, corrosive solvents, and other unapproved liquids.
4. Does the four-opening model include a drain hose?
Yes. The four-opening model includes a drain hose for convenient draining after the water has cooled.
WARNING
1. Confirm the nameplate voltage and frequency before connecting power. Use a properly grounded U.S. outlet.
2. Fill the tank before startup. Never operate the unit with the heating element exposed.
3. Use clean distilled or deionized water as the bath medium. Avoid mineral water, salt water, flammable liquids, volatile solvents, oils, and corrosive liquids.
4. Do not heat sealed containers. Pressure buildup may cause leakage, rupture, or injury.
5. The tank, lid, water, and samples may become hot. Wear suitable heat-resistant gloves when handling hot materials.
6. Do not leave the equipment unattended while it is operating.
7. Do not allow water to splash onto the control panel, power switch, plug, or power cord. Disconnect power immediately if water enters the equipment.
8. Stop using the unit if abnormal odor, smoke, noise, display, leakage, or heating occurs. Contact qualified service personnel.
