The 1/4" 2 way 2 port 12 V DC NPT Normally Closed Aluminum Alloy Pneumatic Solenoid Valve converts electrical signals to pneumatic functions as part of a larger system that allows users to interlock, isolate, and connect individual units of a larger operation.

This 2/2 valve has 2 port connections and 2 flow passages allowing for unidirectional flow in less than 50 ms response time with a 1/4 inch Aluminum alloy aperture that can be opened and closed to air, fluid, or gas. The current model opens once energized. This working principle allows for an easy on/off function. Also includes two holes at the bottom of the valve for easy mounting.

Reliable for 9 months

I use it as a water coffee machine filler. Valve is not closing all the way after 9 months, hence why my tank slowly overfills and spills water on floor. Could be due to hard water. Going to clean with descaling fluid and possibly add a harder spring. Would be nice if there was replacement seals available. Read more

slowly stops working

Purchased two and I've been using them for 6 months now. They are actuated for approximately 2 minutes at a time 20 times a week. They both started off the same, but one is slowly opening less and less (fluid moving very slowly through it). Read more
