INTRODUCTION
The U.S. Solid 2-way sanitary tri-clamp quick-connect motorized ball valve is designed for automated ON/OFF control in sanitary fluid systems. It fits 1 in Tube OD tubing with a 50.5 mm tri-clamp flange OD, allowing fast installation, removal, cleaning, and maintenance in brewing, beverage lines, food processing equipment, dairy systems, laboratories, tanks, filters, pumps, filling equipment, water treatment equipment, and compatible CIP piping. 3 Wire (1 Point Control) wiring at AC/DC 9-24 V allows the valve to work with compatible relays, timers, PLCs, and automation panels. The 316 stainless steel wetted components and PTFE sealing parts provide enhanced corrosion resistance and reliable sealing for sanitary fluid applications. The IP67-rated PPO actuator helps protect against dust and moisture, and the position indicator shows open or closed valve status. Manual override supports hand operation during installation, commissioning, maintenance, or power outages.

Power connections: Connect the red and green wires to positive (+), and connect the black wire to negative (−).
Switch operation: SW CLOSE opens the valve; it stays open after reaching the fully open position. SW OPEN closes the valve; it stays closed after reaching the fully closed position.
