Introduction
The mPump300 is a micro low-flow variable-speed peristaltic pump. Compact palm-sized unit, it features speed adjustment, start/stop, direction change, full speed, and timing functions. It comes with an LED display, button control, and compact housing. With the corresponding modules, it supports RS485 communication control and external signal input control.

1.What type of peristaltic pump is this?
The mPump300 series is a micro low-flow variable-speed peristaltic pump with stainless steel housing. It features speed adjustment, start/stop, direction change, full speed, and timing functions.
2.Does it have a timing function?
Yes, it has a basic timer. You can set the duration, and the pump will stop automatically when the time runs out. The timer remembers the last set value. Note: It can only be set via the buttons (not by external control), and it does not support scheduling by specific date or time. Quick setup steps (refer to the manual for details):
- Press and hold the Full Speed button for 3–5 seconds.
- Set the desired duration using the ▲ and ▼ buttons.
- Press the Start button once to start the timed run, after which the pump will stop automatically.
- To exit the timing mode and return to speed mode, press and hold the Full Speed button for 3–5 seconds.
3.Does it support external control?
Yes. Please note that the buttons and knobs will no longer work after switching to external control mode. In this mode, only start/stop, direction reversal, and flow rate adjustment can be controlled externally; the timing function is not supported in external control mode.
- Supports RS485 communication and four external control signal inputs: 0–5V, 0–10V, 4–20mA, and 0–10KHz. To use these functions, the corresponding optional module is required (DB15 female connector on one end, screw terminal on the other).
- The complete unit comes standard with RS485 communication module and 4–20mA external control module. If you need to change to other modules, please contact customer service.
4.How to replace tubing for TH08A pump head?
The TH08A is a small pump head for micro low-flow applications with a 4-roller design. It comes with a pre-installed segment of PharMed tubing. See the figure below for instructions on replacing the built-in tubing.
5.What are the common standard tubing sizes?
- The pump head comes pre-installed with a section of PharMed tubing. The external tubing must match the size of the internal PharMed tubing, so please select the appropriate kit when purchasing.
- If you select one of the single-size kits for 0.76×0.86, 1.02×0.86, 1.52×0.86, or 2.06×0.86, the kit will include one peristaltic pump and the corresponding size of external tubing (2m).
- For example, choosing Pump + 1 Tubing (0.76×0.86) means the package includes one peristaltic pump (pre-installed with compatible PharMed tubing) plus 2 meters of 0.76×0.86 external silicone tubing.
