Problem 1: Can this PVC hose be used for drinking water?

Not recommended for drinking water.

Problem 2: What should I do if the hose is deformed or flattened after receipt?

Since the hose is rolled up for packaging, it may become flattened or deformed during transportation.You can use a hair dryer to gently heat the deformed area. Once the hose becomes slightly softer and more flexible, manually reshape it back to its round cylindrical form.
