1. Is it safe and healthy?

2. Are there different pressing options for different materials?
This oil press machine offers 3 different extraction methods for nut oil and seed oil extraction.
Cold Press-Done at 100° F, this process is good for flaxseed oil and retains more nutritional value from the seeds and nuts.
Hot Press-A built in thermostat and heating device help you to make natural and healthy seed and nut oils.
Heating Raw Material First, then Hot Press-This method involves firing for 5 minutes before hot pressing to create oil that is pure and aromatic.
3. What is the Oil Extraction Rate, and what seeds and nuts can it be used for?
For peanuts, this home oil press machine can extract up to 45% of the material weight in oil. The press is made to work for a variety of seeds and nuts. This is because of the quality of the pressing chamber and motor used. The pressing chamber has been improving consistently over the past 15 years to get to the highest level of performance and quality possible.
The chamber is made of 3 parts: an octagonal middle and two cylindrical sides. Each of these parts is made from heat treated, wear resistant material, and it is put together using plasma welding. This welding is of the highest craftsmanship, and can hold for 10 years or more.
This nut oil and seed oil extraction machine utilizes an industrial strength motor. This motor weighs in at up to 17 lbs, and can provide 400-750W of power. This power enables it to press different types of seeds, including some hard shelled seeds, such as hemp seeds and safflower seeds.
This industrial grade motor comes with a double sealing ring to keep the lubrication oil in the transmission. The helical gear is fully immersed in the lubrication oil, which reduces friction and allows for a lifetime of work (10 years or more).
