This series is a medium-flow variable-speed peristaltic pump. It features speed adjustment, start/stop, direction change, full speed, and timing functions. It comes with an LED display, control via buttons, knob, and toggle switch, and a stainless steel housing. With the corresponding modules, it supports RS485 communication control and external signal input control.

1.What type of peristaltic pump is this?
This series is a medium-flow variable-speed peristaltic pump with stainless steel housing. It features speed adjustment, start/stop, direction change, full speed, and timing functions.
2.Does it have a timing function?
Yes, it has a basic timer. You can set the duration (max 999s), and the pump will stop automatically when the time runs out. The timer remembers the last set value. Note: It can only be set via the buttons (not by external control), and it does not support scheduling by specific date or time. Quick setup steps (refer to the manual for details):
- Press and hold the knob for 3–5 seconds.
- Set the desired duration using the knob.
- Press the Full Speed button once to start the timed run, after which the pump will stop automatically.
- To exit the timing mode, press and hold the knob for 3–5 seconds. The pump will then run continuously when the Start button is pressed.
3.Does it support external control?
Yes. Please note that the buttons and knobs will no longer work after switching to external control mode. In this mode, only start/stop, direction reversal, and flow rate adjustment can be controlled externally; the timing function is not supported in external control mode.
- Supports RS485 communication and four external control signal inputs: 0–5V, 0–10V, 4–20mA, and 0–10KHz. To use these functions, the corresponding optional module is required (DB15 female connector on one end, screw terminal on the other).
- The complete unit comes standard with RS485 communication modules and 4–20mA external control modules. If you need to change to other modules, please contact customer service.
4.Which types of tubing are compatible with this peristaltic pump? Are they included in the package?
The compatible tubing models include 13#, 14#, 19#, 16#, 25#, 17#, and 18#. When you purchase this product, one piece of 16# tubing (2 meters) will be included. Below is the information for common-sized tubing:
