The high-power ultrasonic device is specifically designed for the casting industry, known as ultrasonic metal melt treatment equipment. The ultrasonic melt treatment system is equipped with a self-developed vibrating rod, which can work continuously for several hours at ultra-high temperatures without significant wear. During the crystallization process of molten materials, it has the ability to refine the material grains, accelerate the movement of bubbles, and improve the material's strength, hardness, and fatigue resistance, thus enhancing the overall performance of the material. In ultra-high-temperature environments, conventional titanium alloys experience a loss rate of approximately 88% after one hour of operation, while the newly developed probe high-temperature alloy material exhibits virtually no loss.
