    Product Description

    Motorized ball valves are a vital piece of equipment in numerous applications. This model opens and closes in 6-8 seconds, and remains in its new position without expending any energy. This is a key difference between motorized ball valves and many solenoid valves. Most solenoid valves are energized continuously when in a new position, while motorized ball valves expend energy only when changing from open to close, or vice versa.


    The 2 wire reverse polarity model is a perfect example of this. The valve can be energized to open, and left hooked up, with no energy used once fully opened. To close, simply reverse the polarity of the wiring. This can be done manually or by using a DPDT switch, as seen in the wiring diagram.

    The stainless steel ball valve is NSF certified, which means you can install it in the drinking water pipeline.
