Compared with other electric strapping tool, this pneumatic strapping tool does not require batteries but just need to connect your air compressor to operate. This avoids the inability to pack without a battery charge. The pull force of this pneumatic strapping tool can reach 3500N, and it can pack goods such as bricks, wood, paper, aluminum, metal products etc. that have strict requirements for tensile power.
It is so easy to use. Just connect the air compressor - insert PP or PET banding - tighten - weld - automatically shear the banding - remove the machine - complete.
Notice: applies to Polyester/PP/PET Straps. Width of the packaging strapping: 0.51 - 0.74 inch / The thickness of the PET packaging strapping: 0.019 - 0.047 inch / The thickness of the PP packaging strapping: 0.031- 0.047 inch. Air pressure: 0.5-0.8MPa (72.5-116PSI)
Precautions for use:
1. If this machine can only be tightened but not welded, please check if you are using a strap that matches the spring installed inside the machine. This electric strapping machine is installed by default with a spring that fuses the PET strap（Recommended to use with U.S. SOLID PET strapping). If you are using PP straps, please replace them first with another spring we have prepared for you.
2. In the first few times using the electric strapping machine, please test the welding time several times to achieve the best welding effect.
3. Properly adjust the welding time according to different temperatures. When the temperature is low in winter, the welding time can be appropriately increased.
4. According to the thickness of the tie, increase or decrease the welding time appropriately.
5. If there is strap residue on the cutting gear, please clean it up in time.
