Dispensing Peristaltic Pump

Dispensing-type peristaltic pumps are an upgraded version of flow-rate peristaltic pumps and include all common functions of the flow-rate models. Their core feature is precise quantitative dispensing. In addition to flow rate control, they allow users to directly set a fixed dispensing volume per cycle (e.g., 10 mL) and perform repeated fixed-volume delivery.

They are suitable for applications requiring high volume accuracy, such as laboratory sample dispensing, reagent aliquoting, small-batch liquid filling, and precise additive dosing.

The key difference compared to flow-rate pumps is that dispensing-type pumps enable direct fixed-volume repeated dispensing, instead of indirectly controlling output through speed or flow rate adjustments.
