Introduction
The U.S. SOLID Cryogenic Protective Gloves are specially fabricated for working with Liquid Nitrogen (LN2). They feature multiple layers of high industrial-quality cowhide and cold-proof sponge with a Canberra lining to keep you protected and warm when working at extremely low temperatures. They safeguard your hands and arms while offering strong resistance to surface wear and improved grip. These gloves are light, comfortable, heavy-duty, and 100% waterproof.
Nitrogen condenses to a liquid at –320°F so exposure to your skin can cause serious frostbite injuries and freezer burns. LN2 is a wonderful element to work with in the fields of cryopreservation or experimentation. For healthcare professionals or teaching professionals that work in a cryogenic or school lab setting, these gloves are essential pieces of safety equipment to have.
Applications

Features
- Extreme Cryogenic Protection: Rated for use in environments down to -320°F. Suitable for handling liquid nitrogen, dry ice, and ultra-low temperature equipment.
- Multiple layers Design: Constructed from industrial-grade cowhide and cold-proof sponge with a Canberra lining, providing 100% waterproof protection.
- Flexible and Soft: The advanced construction ensures maximum insulation, while also maintaining comfort and warmth.
- Wide Application: Ideal for cryogenic handling such as working with liquid nitrogen dewars, cold storage operations, laboratory research, industrial freezing processes, and other ultra-low temperature environments.

Precautions

For safe and effective use, follow the precautions below to maintain protective performance and reduce the risk of cold injury.
NOT for Prolonged Contact or Immersion
- Although these gloves can briefly withstand temperatures as low as -320°F, they should not be in prolonged contact with extremely cold objects to prevent damage to their protective layers and reduce the risk of injury.
- Do not immerse the gloves in liquid nitrogen or any other liquids. They are designed to protect against cold gases and splashes only; immersion may cause seam leakage, reducing protective performance and increasing the risk of frostbite.
