Introduction
This intelligent peristaltic pump delivers high-precision fluid transfer and dispensing for laboratory and industrial applications. Featuring a 4.3-inch color touch screen and smart flow calibration, it ensures high volumetric accuracy. The pump provides multiple core functions, including continuous flow, fixed volume measurement, volume/speed dispensing, and timer start/stop, along with an anti-drip suck-back feature. Built with a durable 304 stainless steel housing, it supports versatile external controls (RS232/RS485 communication and analog inputs) for seamless integration into automated systems.
Applications

Features
1. Intuitive Touch Control & Parameter Settings
Equipped with a 4.3-inch color LCD touch screen. The main interface simultaneously displays the working state animation, real-time flow volume, and motor speed.
The system settings interface is highly integrated, allowing users to quickly access and configure core operating parameters—such as communication, external control, and back-suction angle—in one place.

2. Professional Dispensing Modes
A. Volume Dispensing: Once enabled, the pump automatically transfers a fixed volume of liquid within a set time, suitable for precise liquid transfer and dispensing in laboratories or industrial processes.
B. Speed Dispensing: Allows users to define the single running time, pause time, and repeat cycles at a specific motor speed for efficient batch filling.
C. Fixed Volume Measurement: Provides a basic quantitative measurement function; the pump will stop automatically once the transferred liquid reaches the preset target volume.

3. Flow Calibration & Timer Start/Stop
A. Intelligent Calibration: Features built-in flow rate and dispensing volume calibration programs. By inputting the actual measured volume, the system automatically corrects transfer deviations to ensure high volumetric accuracy.
B. Timer Start/Stop: The system allows users to freely set specific start and stop times for the pump, enabling automated and unattended control.

4. Industrial Hardware & External Control
A. 304 Stainless Steel Housing: The entire unit features a 304 stainless steel shell, providing anti-corrosion properties and effectively shielding against external signal interference to meet industrial environment requirements.
B. Communication & Analog Control: Supports RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces. The motor speed can also be controlled directly via external analog signals (0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA).
C. Switch Start/Stop Control: Supports controlling the pump's start and stop using an external passive switch signal or a foot pedal.
D. Practical Assistant Functions: Features a power-down memory function to securely store running parameters, a fast fluid-filled function for quick tubing washing or filling, and an adjustable back-suction angle (0-360°) to prevent liquid dripping.

FAQ
1.Does the peristaltic pump itself contain an internal battery?
The pump is powered by an AC power cord for normal operation and is equipped with an internal button battery. For safe transportation, this button battery will be removed before shipping. The internal button battery is used only for maintaining the system date and time display (you will need to set the time manually each time the device is powered on). All other functions, such as the timing function, will work normally without it.
2.What type of peristaltic pump is this? What are the two working modes?
The PP27 is a flow-controlled intelligent peristaltic pump. While it features multiple functions, its two core dispensing modes are Volume Dispensing (automatically transfers a fixed liquid volume within a set time) and Speed Dispensing (runs for a specific time and repeats cycles at a set motor speed).
3.Which types of tubing are compatible with this peristaltic pump? Are they included in the package?
The compatible tubing models include 13#, 14#, 19#, 16#, 25#, 17#, and 18#. When you purchase this product, one piece of each 13#, 25#, and 18# tubing (2 meters per piece) will be included as a bonus. Below is the information for common-sized tubing:
4.Does it have a anti-drip setting?
Yes, it is equipped with a suck-back function to prevent liquid from dripping. When the motor stops, it can rotate in reverse to draw the liquid back into the tubing. You can manually set the back-suction angle between 0 and 360 degrees.
5.Does it support flow calibration?
Yes, it supports basic flow calibration (note: manual testing and calibration required). For detailed operation instructions, please refer to the user manual.
6.Are there status prompts during the operation of the peristaltic pump?
Yes. During operation, the 4.3-inch touch screen provides a real-time dynamic display. The interface shows a working state animation, the motor's running direction, real-time operating parameters (such as transferred volume and time countdown), and the current motor speed all on the same screen.
