Designed for reliable in-line flow control, this 2-pack 1/2" hose barb mini ball valve kit is made from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and features precision hose barbs for a secure connection to flexible tubing. The PN63-rated valves provide quick quarter-turn shut-off for water, steam, oil, mild acids, fuel lines, brewing systems, irrigation, and other general plumbing applications. Each kit includes two valves and four stainless steel hose clamps for a ready-to-install, leak-resistant connection.

1.Is there a requirement for the installation direction of a manual ball valve?
Yes. There are usually flow direction markings on the valve body. During installation, the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the marked direction to ensure the normal operation and sealing performance of the valve.
2.What are the requirements for the pipeline when installing a manual ball valve?
The pipeline needs to be clean and free of impurities to prevent debris from entering the ball valve and affecting the sealing and rotation of the ball. At the same time, the connection parts of the pipeline should be flat and match the valve interface to ensure a firm connection and prevent leakage.
3.How to operate a manual ball valve correctly?
When operating, turn the handle slowly and avoid using excessive force. After fully opening or closing the valve, do not over - rotate the handle. To open the valve, turn the handle counterclockwise; to close it, turn the handle clockwise.
4.Can this be used for Drinking Water?
NO. Our valves are industrial-grade and not certified for potable water, so they cannot be used for drinking water systems.
