INTRODUCTION
The U.S. Solid 1 in motorized ball valve has a 304 stainless steel 3-piece body that is corrosion-resistant and designed for reliable fluid control applications. The bolted body unbolts into three pieces so the center ball and PTFE seats can be cleaned or reseated in line without cutting the pipe. It uses a 5-wire auto return, normally closed design: energize to open, and on power loss an internal capacitor drives the valve back to the fully closed position for safe shutoff, while the signal wires report open or closed status to your PLC, controller, or panel. A top indicator shows valve position at a glance, and a manual override with the included hex key works the valve by hand during a power outage. The full-port bore handles up to 1.6 MPa (232 psi) for water and air lines, filtration, dosing, and other automated fluid control systems.

WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
For this normally closed model, energizing the actuator opens the valve. If power is lost, the internal capacitor returns it to the fully closed position. Signal wires report the open and closed positions. Use the supplied wiring diagram to identify terminals, confirm the AC 110V-230V supply, and disconnect power before wiring.
