INTRODUCTION
The Ultrasonic Vibrating Rod Series is designed for liquid processing in reactors, jacketed vessels, and larger containers. Compared with conventional small probe sonicators, this split-type ultrasonic system uses a flange-mounted titanium alloy vibrating rod to deliver ultrasonic energy across a wider processing area.
It is suitable for dispersion, emulsification, extraction, homogenization, degassing support, cell disruption where applicable, and process intensification in compatible liquid systems. The system is suitable for laboratories, research facilities, pilot production lines, and industrial process development teams.
