Product Introduction

INTRODUCTION

This premium flow control solution integrates a heavy-duty 3-piece stainless steel ball valve with a high-performance electric actuator. Engineered for reliability and precision, it provides a comprehensive hardware suite for automated systems, offering superior durability, seamless integration, and simplified maintenance in demanding industrial environments.

FEATURES

  • Premium Material Construction: Crafted from high-grade 304 stainless steel, the valve body is highly resistant to corrosion, making it suitable for handling weak acids, weak alkalis, chemical solvents, and water.
  • Maintenance-Friendly 3-Piece Design: The innovative 3-piece body construction allows for seamless in-line maintenance. Internal components can be easily cleaned or replaced without the need to disconnect the pipes, significantly reducing downtime and service costs.
  • High-Pressure & Full-Bore Efficiency: Designed for maximum performance, the full-bore configuration guarantees minimal pressure drop, ensuring optimal flow capacity even in high-pressure systems.
  • Smart Automation Ready: Equipped with integrated limit switches and position feedback, the actuator allows for seamless integration with PLC systems, enabling precise remote control, real-time monitoring, and full automation in complex industrial processes.
  • High-Torque Reliability: Powered by a compact yet robust heavy-duty motor, the actuator delivers a steady torque range of 50Nm to 100Nm, ensuring consistent full-port opening and reliable drop-tight sealing for every cycle.
  • Enhanced Safety & Self-Locking: The actuator features an integrated self-locking mechanism to ensure valve stability and system integrity. Additionally, a built-in manual override port ensures safe, reliable intervention during power outages or emergencies.
  • Rugged Outdoor Durability: Engineered for the elements, the unit is encased in a powder-coated polyester aluminum housing, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and harsh weather.
  • Advanced Circuitry Protection: To ensure long-term electrical reliability, the internal PCBA is treated with a protective sealant, effectively preventing damage from moisture, condensation, and short circuits.

WARNINGS

  • Power Failure Behavior: This valve remains in its current position during a power outage. It does not automatically return to a preset position.
  • Voltage Match Required: Supply voltage must match the actuator rating exactly. Incorrect voltage may permanently damage the unit.
  • Dedicated Power Circuit: Each actuator requires its own fuse-protected power supply. Do not connect multiple actuators in parallel.
  • Disconnect Power Before Service: Always disconnect power before wiring, maintenance, or using the manual override.
  • IP65 Weather Resistant: Suitable for outdoor use, but additional protection is recommended for permanent outdoor installations.
  • Low Power Consumption: Power is only used during opening and closing. No power is consumed when fully open or fully closed.
  • Professional Installation Recommended: Installation should be performed by qualified personnel familiar with electrical control systems.

FAQ

1: Can I manually operate the valve?

A: Yes. The actuator features a manual override. We recommend manually cycling the valve before installation to verify smooth operation, and using the adjustment screws during commissioning to fine-tune open/close positions.

2: Can this valve be installed outdoors?

A: Yes, depending on your model's IP rating. While our heavy-duty actuators are weather-resistant, we highly recommend using a protective cover or shelter for permanent outdoor installations to shield the unit from direct UV rays and ice buildup.

3: Is this valve suitable for high-viscosity fluids or particulates?

A: Yes, but with torque considerations. Our heavy-duty series is built for high-torque applications. However, extremely viscous mediums or large particulates will increase resistance. Ensure the operating torque remains within the actuator's rated capacity to avoid stalling.

4: Is it normal for the actuator to feel hot during operation?

A: Yes, it is normal to feel warm during continuous cycling. The actuator includes built-in power-limiting features to prevent overheating under normal use. If the housing becomes too hot to touch, please check that you are not exceeding the recommended duty cycle or the ambient temperature limit (-30°C to +60°C).

5: Can I wire multiple actuators in parallel on the same circuit?

A: No. Each motorized actuator must be installed on its own dedicated, fuse-protected circuit to ensure proper signal response and prevent electrical interference or damage.
