INTRODUCTION
The U.S. Solid 3/4 in motorized ball valve has an NSF-certified 304 stainless steel 3-piece body that is corrosion-resistant and safe for drinking water. The bolted body unbolts into three pieces so the center ball and PTFE seats can be cleaned or reseated in line without cutting the pipe. It uses a 5-wire auto return, normally closed design: energize to open, and on power loss an internal capacitor drives the valve back to the fully closed position for safe shutoff, while the signal wires report open or closed status to your PLC, controller, or panel. A top indicator shows valve position at a glance, and a manual override with the included hex key works the valve by hand during a power outage. The full-port bore handles up to 1.6 MPa (232 psi) for potable plumbing, RV and food and beverage supply, filtration, dosing, and water and air lines.

WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

Connect red to the positive supply and black to the negative supply, with the external switch SW in series with the red-wire power circuit. When SW is closed, the actuator opens; after the valve reaches the fully open position, the internal feedback contact connects green to white, indicating the fully open position. When SW is open, the actuator closes; after the valve reaches the fully closed position, the internal feedback contact connects yellow to white, indicating the fully closed position. White is the feedback common and the green, yellow, and white wires must not be treated as ordinary power-input wires.
