Engineered for high-throughput sample preparation, Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) DNA fragmentation, ChIP assays, bacterial cell lysis, and membrane protein extraction, this system processes samples directly inside sealed tubes to help eliminate cross-contamination.
Featuring up to 3000W maximum output, automatic 19-26 kHz frequency matching, and a motorized rotating sample tray, the processor helps deliver balanced acoustic energy to every sample. Users can program parameters on the 7-inch color touch display, choose Pulse, Time, or Continuous modes, store up to 100 protocols, and set temperature alarms from 34°F to 392°F (1°C to 200°C).
Please note: This listing includes the U.S. Solid Model USS-FX00050 non-contact ultrasonic processor host only. A low-temperature circulating chiller is required for temperature-sensitive sample cooling and must be purchased separately by the customer. Recommended thermal-controlled processing temperature is 39°F to 50°F (4°C to 10°C).
