Features

  • Readability: 0.00001g with electromagnetic force sensor. Delivers ultra-fine accuracy for stringent analytical requirements.
  • Capacity: 0.001g - 61g
  • Stabilization Time: 6-8 seconds
  • Four Weighing Units Conversion: g, mg, ct, oz
  • Auto-Calibration Technology: Internal/external calibration ensures consistent performance; it automatically compensates for location/temperature changes, delivering reliable results without manual intervention.
  • Advanced Peak Hold and Zero Tracking Functions: The Peak Hold function captures maximum weights for dynamic samples, while the intelligent Zero Tracking automatically compensates for minor environmental disturbances.
  • Seamless Data Connectivity: Our balance offers versatile data output options through RS232 connectivity. Choose from real-time continuous output or GLP-compliant reporting to streamline your documentation process. Customizable baud rates ensure compatibility with various lab equipment and software systems.
  • Innovative Design: The draft shield comprehensively envelops the sample pan to shield it from external influences, while the unique hollow-out design of the weighing pan minimizes the impact of air currents, enhancing overall precision and reliability.

Data Output

Operating Steps

  • '+' (Clockwise): Turn ~1mm to increase sensitivity if the tape isn't detected (induction too low, causing continuous cutting/alarms).
  • '-' (Counterclockwise): Turn ~1mm to decrease sensitivity if tape release fails (induction too high, false tape detection).

Data Output Mode

  • 'S' direction: Turn 0.5-1 turn to decrease pressure if the tape shows excessive indentation (pressure too high, causing deep marks).
  • 'H' direction: Turn 0.5-1 turn to increase pressure if the tape fails to feed during cutting (pressure too low, insufficient grip).

Precautions

  • Leveling the Balance: Accurate horizontal positioning necessary for repeatable measurementsand exact results. Adjust the leveling feet of the analytical balance until the air bubbleinthe indicator is centered.
  • Warm-Up Requirement: For accurate results, the balance must warm up for 8 hours before using, to reach the proper operating temperature before calibration or use.(For warm-up time details, refer to the user manual or contact support.)
  • Stability: Place the balance on a stable, vibration-free surface, away from drafts and electromagnetic interference. It's important to note that high-precision balances are more susceptible to environmental factors, which can affect reading stability.
  • Calibration: Calibrate the balance if it is moved (even within the same room), when ambient conditions change, and before each use. If pressing the "CAL" button has no effect, ensure you are pressing and holding it. For most models, calibration requires a long press rather than a quick tap.(Refer to the manual for specific instructions).
