INTRODUCTION

This high shear dispersing emulsifier combines 500 W output power with 1000-14000 RPM stepless speed control to process 300-20000 mL batches and materials up to 8000 mPa·s. Its 50 mm SS316L stainless steel working head provides durable performance. Square-hole, long-hole, and slanted-hole stator configurations allow the shearing structure to be matched to different material characteristics. The height-adjustable support makes it easier to position the working head for different vessel sizes and batch volumes. Dynamic speed detection and automatic overload protection support reliable operation as material resistance or processing load changes. A clear LED speed display, speed memory, and a 1-1000 minute timer simplify monitoring and repeat processing. Suitable for low-, medium-, and high-viscosity liquids, pastes, suspensions, and particulate materials in liquid media, it supports emulsification, homogenization, dispersion, dissolution, and mixing in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, biotechnology, research, and other formulation or process-development applications.

FAQ

What is this high shear dispersing homogenizer used for?

It is designed for laboratory and pilot-scale batch processing, including mixing, dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying, suspending, dissolving, and particle-size reduction in compatible liquid-liquid and liquid-solid systems.

How do I choose the correct stator?

Select the stator according to the viscosity of the medium, particle size, and required mixing, emulsification, crushing, or dissolution effect. Round-hole stators suit low-viscosity work, square-hole stators suit medium-viscosity work, and long-hole or large round-hole stators suit higher-viscosity applications.

What should I check before starting the motor?

Confirm the rated voltage, grounding, secure assembly, drive-shaft alignment, working-head position, and vessel placement. The working head must be immersed, its feed opening must remain submerged, and there must be clearance from the vessel bottom and sides.

Can the working head run without liquid?

No. Never operate the working head outside the liquid medium. Dry operation may damage the high-speed rotor and stator components.

What should I do if the display shows Errl?

Stop the unit, turn the main power switch OFF, disconnect the power plug, and check the working-head installation and operating conditions. Correct the abnormal condition before restarting. If the alarm remains, stop using the unit and contact qualified service personnel.

How should the unit be cleaned after use?

Stop rotation, switch the power OFF, unplug the unit, remove the vessel, and clean the working head before residue dries or hardens. Dry all components thoroughly before reassembly and the next operation.

WARNING
  • Use only a properly grounded outlet that matches the voltage and plug configuration on the product nameplate.
  • Do not connect protective grounding to telephone lines, metal water pipes, gas pipes, or lightning-protection conductors.
  • Secure the base, support column, bracket, rods, motor unit, drive shaft, and working head before operation.
  • Keep the working head immersed and maintain clearance from the vessel bottom and sides. Never operate it dry.
  • Do not adjust the support height, vessel position, motor position, or working-head position while the drive shaft is rotating.
  • Keep long hair, loose clothing, hands, and other objects away from the rotating drive shaft and working head.
  • Do not install or operate the unit in a flammable, explosive, wet, or damp environment without appropriate protection.
  • Disconnect the power plug before replacing the stator, cleaning the working head, inspecting the brushes, or performing maintenance.
  • Keep water, cleaning solution, and process material away from the motor housing, display, control knob, switch, power cord, and plug. Never immerse the motor or controller.
  • Stop using the unit if the power cord, plug, support components, working head, or other parts are damaged, loose, excessively worn, sparking, or producing abnormal noise.
