INTRODUCTION
Induction sealing, also known as "cap sealing", is a technique of airtight sealing a liner to the top of a plastic container by utilizing heat produced by an electromagnetic induction device. This method provides evidence of tampering or theft, prevents leaks, and preserves freshness! The U.S. SOLID Portable Handheld Induction Sealer Bottle Cap Sealer works by applying instant high heat to the foil that needs to be melted in order to seal the bottle. It seals the aluminum foil in a matter of seconds to seal plastic (and other non-metallic) bottles and preserve and protect whatever is stored inside.

WARNING
1.Insufficient pressure during sealing may prevent aluminum foil from fully contacting the container. Verify pressure settings and ensure uniform contact across the bottle top to avoid weak seals.
2.Non-matching caps/containers (from different suppliers or batches) compromise sealing quality. Strictly use materials with identical specifications and verify supplier consistency.
3.Inadequate exposure time to the magnetic field will result in incomplete foil activation. Calibrate timing parameters to meet heating requirements for optimal adhesion.
4.Frequent sealing failures may indicate sensor head misalignment or contamination. Regularly inspect, clean, and recalibrate sensors to maintain detection accuracy.
