Introduction

Designed for precise and reliable laboratory liquid dispensing, the U.S.Solid Infusion-Only Syringe Pump delivers stable flow rates from 0.001 μL/min up to 86.699 mL/min while supporting syringe sizes from 10 μL to 60 mL. Whether performing microfluidic experiments, chemical dosing, electrospinning, or pharmaceutical research, the pump provides accurate low-flow performance with up to ±0.5% accuracy and a powerful 250 N linear force.

Built with an intuitive LCD interface, rotary control knob, and numeric keypad, setup takes only a few steps—select the syringe, set the flow rate and target volume, then start dispensing. Built-in syringe libraries, custom syringe diameter input, RS485 communication, Stall Protection, and Power-Off Memory make it an ideal choice for everyday laboratory research requiring dependable and repeatable liquid handling.

FAQ

1. What applications is this syringe pump suitable for?

This infusion-only syringe pump is designed for laboratory use, including microfluidics, electrospinning, chemical analysis, pharmaceutical research, and other applications requiring accurate and stable liquid dispensing. It is intended for research use only.

2. What syringe sizes are supported?

The pump supports standard syringes from 10 μL to 60 mL. A built-in syringe library allows quick selection of common syringe models, while custom syringe inner diameters can also be entered for additional compatibility.

3. How is the flow rate determined?

The available flow rate depends on the syringe inner diameter and the pump's linear speed. Larger syringes provide higher maximum flow rates, while smaller syringes enable ultra-low flow rates for precision dispensing.

The table below shows typical reference flow ranges for commonly used syringe sizes.

Syringe Size Reference Flow Rate
10 μL 0.001–25.5 μL/min
100 μL 0.0101–261.4 μL/min
1 mL 0.0875 μL/min–2.2747 mL/min
10 mL 1.0821 μL/min–28.135 mL/min
20 mL 1.4176 μL/min–36.859 mL/min
60 mL 3.3346 μL/min–86.699 mL/min

4. Can I use syringes that are not listed in the built-in library?

Yes. In addition to the built-in syringe library, the pump supports manual entry of custom syringe inner diameters, allowing compatibility with a wide range of laboratory syringes.

5. Can the pump be controlled by a computer?

Yes. The built-in RS485 communication interface allows the pump to be integrated with laboratory automation systems and controlled by external computer software.

6. What happens if the syringe becomes blocked?

The pump features automatic Stall Protection. If excessive resistance is detected during operation, the pump stops automatically and triggers an alarm to help protect both the syringe and the pump mechanism.

7. Will the pump remember my settings after power loss?

Yes. The Power-Off Memory function stores operating parameters in non-volatile memory, allowing the pump to retain settings after a power interruption.

8. Is this syringe pump intended for medical or clinical use?

No. This product is designed for laboratory research and scientific applications only. It is not intended for clinical, diagnostic, or patient infusion use.

9. What warranty does this syringe pump include?

We provide a one-year quality warranty. Please see our Return Policy for additional warranty and return information.
