INTRODUCTION

This is the U.S. Solid Automatic Label Dispenser. It is fully automated machine that dispenses labels from premade label rolls. It has a LCD counter that is easy to read how many labels have been distributed and Power Supply control to regulate how fast labels are dispensed. The LCD counter counts from 0 – 999999. It is industrial quality and portable.
This label dispenser is perfect for retail stores who use barcodes or security tags. It may also be used factories to label specs onto their products or in a warehouse for labeling and controlling inventory.Whatever your labeling needs, this is an easy to use and quality product offered by U.S. Solid.

WARNING

1.Do not plug in, unplug the cord, or operate the machine with wet hands.

2.This product is only for indoor use and must not be used in wet locations.

3.During the operation of the machine, please do not touch the rewinder shaft, and never stop its rotation.

4.The outer diameter of label roll should not exceed the outer diameter of the flange plate, and the rewinder must not be blocked for a long time.(The machine is in working state but is bound and cannot turn), otherwise the rewinding machine or power source will be damaged.

5.Turn off the power switch and unplug the machine before removing waste material or performing any cleaning or maintenance services.

Just unpacked.

As mentioned, I only just unpacked and ran my first few labels. I'm using on this project 1" clear round labels. My concern was to be able to dispense as many labels as possible per hour. This machine was about 40% the cost of the automated label dispenser at ULINE. For cost reasons, I had first bought ULINE's manual dispenser, which was a very frustrating experience to use. Their automated dispenser, at a total cost, without shipping, of over $700, was just way too steep. Plus this US Solid dispenser excepts a much wider range of label sizes. My initial experience is very good. It seems well enough built, and functions very smoothly. My one complaint is, since apparently most commercial label rolls seem to have a 3" core, I wish the manufacturer would include an appropriate spool adaptor. I found a 3/4" wide, firm foam tape roll amongst my tool supplies with on inch core. Took off some of the tape to bring the outside diameter to 3", and use this as a spool adaptor. Will see how this dispenser is holding up over time, and might upgrade my review if necessary, but so far I'm impressed.
