Introduction
The U.S. Solid Automatic Tape Dispenser ZCUT-9/JF-3000 can cut 1 roll of tape or 2 rolls simultaneously, with 4 selectable working modes. It supports 6 pre-set lengths. It has a LED screen to set the length of the tape to cut, which can range from 5mm to 999mm (1/5" to 39-1/3"). This electric tape dispenser can cut ribbon, adhesive and non-adhesive tape, including satin ribbon, organza ribbon, grosgrain ribbon, heat shrink tube, packaging tapes, glass cloth, double-sided, filament tapes, acetate, masking, protective film, aluminum foil, craft, and a large variety of others.

Operating Steps
Refer to the manual for full instructions.
- Press the HOLD DOWN ROLLER RELEASE BUTTON in order to open the HOLD DOWN ROLLER UNIT.
- Extend the ROLLER LOCK LEVER so that the roller will not turn.
- Close the HOLD DOWN ROLLER UNIT. With the rollers locked, the tension may cause the length to vary. Cut several test pieces in order to adjust the length if needed.

Problem 1: What types of tape are compatible with this model?
This machine is capable of handling various types of tapes and ribbons ranging from 6-60mm in width, such as satin ribbon, organza ribbon, grosgrain ribbon, packaging tapes, glass cloth, filament tapes, acetate, masking tape, protective film, aluminum foil, craft tape, heat shrink tube, and many more.
Problem 2: Can I customize the 6 preset tape lengths?
Yes.All 6 presets are adjustable. Set any length between 5-999mm. For detailed setup instructions, please refer to the user manual.
Problem 3: What working modes are available? What's the difference between Preset Mode and Loop Mode?>
Four working modes: Manual, Auto, Preset, and Loop. Switch Manual/Auto directly from the panel; Preset/Loop require setup steps (see manual). Preset and Loop modes both count pre-set cuts to zero but differ in operational workflow, compatible tape types, and typical use case
- Preset Mode (for adhesive tape):Max.qty.: 999 pieces. After entering P mode, select AUTO or MANUAL via buttons for automatic/manual cutting.
- Loop Mode (for non-adhesive tape):Max.qty.: 999 pieces. In L mode, the system defaults to continuous automatic cutting without AUTO/MANUAL selection.
Problem 4: How many tapes can this model hold simultaneously?
Up to 2 rolls, requiring SEPARATOR installation from the machine base to the TAPE HOLDER for division, with a combined width limit of 60mm.
