INTRODUCTION

Designed for precise, clean, and efficient material cutting, this ultrasonic cutting knife uses high-frequency vibration to reduce cutting resistance and deliver smooth edges with minimal material deformation. Compared with conventional blades, the ultrasonic cutting process helps reduce friction, heat buildup, and dragging, making it especially useful for delicate, layered, sticky, or flexible materials. Built for industrial and laboratory applications, the cutter provides stable performance, comfortable handling, and dependable control for trimming, sample preparation, product finishing, and precision cutting tasks.

FEATURES

APPLICATIONS

SPECIFICATIONS

Model USS-FX00064 Brand U.S. Solid
Ultrasonic Vibration Frequency 40 kHz Maximum Output Power 30 W
Rated Voltage DC 5 V / 12 V / 15 V Fast-Charging Protocol PD, QC (5 V, 12 V-Normal, 15 V-High)
Operating Environment 5-35°C, 20%-70% RH, non-condensing Blade Quantity 50 pcs

HOW to OPERATE

Open the protective cap before operation and make sure the blade safety cap is removed. Connect the Type-C power cable to a QC/PD-compatible power adapter or power bank that can output 5 V, 12 V, or 15 V with at least 30 W of power. The tool will automatically detect the power protocol; a solid red indicator means the power source is not supported and the tool cannot be operated.

When the indicator shows white standby, press and hold the button for 1 second to start. With 12 V input, the tool enters Normal mode with a green indicator. With 15 V input, the tool can enter High mode with a yellow indicator. Use light, steady pressure while cutting and do not force the blade. Normal and High modes stop automatically after about 5 minutes of continuous operation; restart the tool after it stops if more cutting is needed.

FAQ

1.What power source should be used with this ultrasonic cutting knife?

Use a Type-C power adapter or power bank that supports QC/PD output at 5 V, 12 V, or 15 V and provides at least 30 W. If the indicator stays red, the power source does not match the required protocol and should be replaced.

2.Why does the tool stop during operation?

The tool may stop if the power source is below 30 W or if the automatic stop time has been reached. Normal mode and High mode stop after about 5 minutes of continuous operation. Use a qualified power source and restart the tool after it stops.

3.What should I do if the blade does not vibrate or the tool cannot cut properly?

Disconnect the power and let the tool cool before inspection. Check whether the blade is firmly fixed, whether the blade or holder has residue, and whether the blade or holder is deformed or damaged. Tighten the screw, clean the blade assembly, or replace damaged parts as needed.

4.What safety precautions should be followed?

Wear eye protection and cut-resistant gloves when operating or replacing the blade. Do not touch the blade, holder, screw, or transducer immediately after use because they may be hot. Do not cut metal, glass, marble, live wires, flammable paper, or other unsuitable materials, and do not immerse or spray the tool with water.
