1. Is this a TIG/MIG welding torch water cooler?
Yes. This industrial water chiller can be used with compatible water-cooled TIG/MIG welding torches. Its compressor-based refrigeration system provides active cooling and stable temperature control. Before use, confirm that the torch system’s required cooling load, flow rate, pressure, hose connections, and operating temperature are compatible with this chiller.
It is also designed for 30–150W CO2 laser equipment and compatible U.S. Solid 5–25kW high-frequency induction heaters.
2. What temperature range can be set?
The controller supports an adjustable 5-32°C water temperature range with ±0.5°C temperature stability under normal working conditions.
3. What water should be used?
Use clean filtered water. Do not use oil, corrosive liquid, flammable liquid, or unapproved coolant.
4. What should I do if an alarm appears?
Stop the connected process load first, check the displayed alarm code, water level, hoses, water flow, and airflow. Do not repeatedly reset the chiller before the cause is corrected.

5. Keep the air inlet and fan exhaust unobstructed to maintain cooling performance.
6. If an alarm occurs, stop the connected process load and correct the cause before restarting.
7. R410A refrigerant system service should be performed by qualified refrigeration personnel.
8. Before connecting a TIG/MIG torch, verify the torch manufacturer’s requirements for cooling load, flow rate, pressure, hose connections, and operating temperature.
