Introduction

The U.S. Solid Automatic Tape Cutter JF-7000 is an upgraded version of JF-3000. The main difference is the tape feed and output rollers. The output roller of JF-7000 is more durable and easy to replace. The material of JF-7000 tape feed roller is silicone, which is more suitable for strong adhesive tapes, such as double-sided tape and fiber tape.
JF-7000 can cut 1 roll of tape or 2 rollers at the same time, 6 different lengths can be pre-set to the dispensers. It has a LED screen to set the length of the tape that is cut, which can range from 5mm to 999mm.This electric tape dispenser can cut adhesive and non-adhesive tape, including packaging tapes, double-sided tape, fiber tape, PVC electrical tape, kraft paper tape, masking tape, acetic acid cloth tape, KAPTON tape, PET protective film, Teflon tape, warning tape and etc.

Problem 1: What types of tape are compatible with this model?

This machine is capable of handling various types of tapes and ribbons ranging from 6-60mm in width, such as satin ribbon, organza ribbon, grosgrain ribbon, packaging tapes, glass cloth, filament tapes, acetate, masking tape, protective film, aluminum foil, craft tape, heat shrink tube, and many more.

Problem 2: Can I customize the 6 preset tape lengths?

Yes.All 6 presets are adjustable. Set any length between 5-999mm. For detailed setup instructions, please refer to the user manual.

Problem 3: What working modes are available? What's the difference between Preset Mode and Loop Mode?>

Four working modes: Manual, Auto, Preset, and Loop. Switch Manual/Auto directly from the panel; Preset/Loop require setup steps (see manual). Preset and Loop modes both count pre-set cuts to zero but differ in operational workflow, compatible tape types, and typical use case

• Preset Mode (for adhesive tape):Max.qty.: 999 pieces. After entering P mode, select AUTO or MANUAL via buttons for automatic/manual cutting.
• Loop Mode (for non-adhesive tape):Max.qty.: 999 pieces. In L mode, the system defaults to continuous automatic cutting without AUTO/MANUAL selection.

Problem 4: How many tapes can this model hold simultaneously?

Up to 2 rolls, requiring SEPARATOR installation from the machine base to the TAPE HOLDER for division, with a combined width limit of 60mm.
