Introduction

The U.S. Solid Automatic Tape Cutter JF-8000 (Upgraded from ZCUT-2) cuts tape widths from 0.12" to 0.98" (3 to 25mm), tape lengths from 0.2" to 2.36"(5 to 60mm)· It accepts any core diameter tapes, the outside diam of tape roll can up to 5.9" (150mm). Tape length and cut-piece spacing can be set by control knobs. It is ideal for muti-operator applications, high efficiency.
This electric tape dispenser can only work on adhesive tapes, including high temperature tape, goldfinger tape, scotch tape, acetate cloth, glass cloth, aluminum foil, cellophane tape, masking tape, polyethylene, teflon tape, mylar tape and etc. Non-adhesive tape and strong adhesive tape are not recommended, such as double-sided tape and fiber tape.

Problem 1: What types of tape are compatible with this model?

Precautions

• Compatible Tape Types: This model is not suitable for non-adhesive tapes or high-tack adhesive tapes.
• Tape Loading Requirement: Always load tape before operation to prevent blade damage. Ensure the power is switched OFF during tape installation. Never touch the cutting area with bare hands when loading tape.
• Blade Safety Warning: The blades are extremely sharp - never touch directly. Always keep the safety cover securely closed during operation. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling or replacing blades.
• Safe Maintenance: Before performing any maintenance, ensure the machine is powered OFF and unplugged. Clean the disk surface regularly with a dry cloth, and use alcohol to remove adhesive residue. When cleaning the blades, always use tools instead of fingers, wipe carefully to prevent accidental contact with the sharp blades.
